Features of 29m Concrete Pump Truck
- Pumping hydraulic system. We adopt full hydraulic reversing system. The replacement action of pumping and S tube distribution don’t need electrical signal to participate. The reversing impact is small and the noise is low, which can improve the service life of hydraulic pump and valve significantly. In addition, the middle link of electric control signal is omitted, so that the reliability of the whole set of equipment is greatly improved.
- Intelligent control system. The centralized valve plate can concentrate the main system hydraulic valves, reduce cross connections, which can make the system structure more compact and reduce oil leakage opportunities. Intelligent control system drives the oil flow continuously without interruption and can drive the cylinder to work without any loss.
- Secure operating system. The unique boom cushion technology can reduce the high voltage peak of the system, and keep the vibration of placing boom small and the tail pipe stable even in the case of high output.
- Energy saving control system. The pump piston retracting technology independently designed and developed by our company is convenient for the daily maintenance of pump pistons. The realization of automatic high and low voltage switching technology makes pumping high and low voltage switching more convenient and environmentally friendly.
- Fast and more efficient pumping. Large diameter cylinder, good suction and large pumping flow.
